He had his 4 month check-up on July 29 and he now weighs 19 lbs 3 oz and is 26 inches long. Not too shabby. This of course means I need to get him out of his infant carseat. Great, cause he hates it.
It also means I have to give up the stroller (Snap 'n Go) that goes with the carseat and find a replacement. Something lightweight and easy to fold. Baby gear is a pain in the tush.

I wasn't going to try solid food until he was 5 months but I was curious so.....I tried a little mashed banana and mashed avocado. That went well so I bought some jars of banana, apple, etc. That went well so I added some cereal and now 2 weeks later he's fussy. Is it the food or is it his teeth? He's been drooling like a fool for a month and I really expected to see a tooth by now. (Camille had her 1st tooth by 4 months). So since he has shown little interest in eating solids at his last 2 meals I'm going to lay off for a couple of days to see what is up. I wasn't giving him much anyways (couple of TBS).
